When living with depression, anxiety, or trauma, it’s common to feel disconnected from yourself behaving in ways shaped by external pressures or expectations, rather than your own inner truth. You may feel out of place, as though you're living someone else's version of you.
At Relief 2 Be You therapy isn't about "fixing" you, it's about meeting you where you are and uncovering the answers that are already there . Using Empathy, evidence-based practices, and the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of change. The goal is not to give you answers, but to help you find the strengths and wisdom that each individual has the capacity for change and growth."
